Catherine is a Barrister and Solicitor, and the founder of One80 Law Group – a law firm she created with clients, cost, convenience, connection and community in mind. Born and raised in Red Deer, Catherine graduated with Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with Distinction from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary in 2003 and in 2006, she received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta. She was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2007 and began her practice at a national corporate law firm. From there she spent many years working in the oil and gas industry, and most recently she had a general practice with a mid-sized firm in Calgary until she started the One80 Law. Catherine was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2021, and to the Law Society of Ontario in 2024.
Amy is our senior Alberta Real Estate Paralegal with over 20 years of experience. She loves what she does, works very hard for our clients and always has a smile on her face. Amy understands that buying or selling a home can be stressful and overwhelming at times, but we promise that she will be there for you from start to finish. Amy carefully explains every step of the process and answers all your questions with honesty, giving you the peace of mind you deserve with such an important financial transaction.
Shelby is a paralegal with over 20 years of experience in a variety of areas of law including Wills and Estates, Corporate, Litigation, Family and Matrimonial. In addition to working as a paralegal, Shelby has owned and operated a small business with her husband, where she held accounting and administrative roles. She prides herself on her well-rounded experience in business and extensive knowledge in the legal field to provide our clients with the highest level of service.
Heather is our senior Ontario Real Estate Law Clerk with over 20 years of experience. She loves what she does, and works very hard for each and every client. Heather appreciates that buying, selling or refinancing your home can be confusing, stressful and overwhelming, but her positive attitude makes this process easier to navigate.
